I loved the vibrant nightlife and excellent food delivery service! The Club was fantastic, and the ambiance was inviting. I would definitely choose this place again.

Charged twice for the room - problems to get my money back - almost fraudulent behaviour, a poor room (only cold water, door to bathroom not working), slow wifi, chaotic and disorganized staff, extremely expensive services

Why I'm torn on this

The service was really good and the breakfast options were excellent! I felt valued by the friendly staff throughout my stay.

The night parties made it hard to relax at times! Plus, cleanliness standards seemed lacking in certain areas.

The room is airy and silent with comfortable bed. It has a fantastic bar and well-trained and very supportive staff.

Rooms were very specious and provided with a sofa, TV screen, a good ambience. The location was great, within walking distance of restaurants and eateries.

Their staff were rather noisy.

Elegant decor and modern amenities. I did encounter issues with the noise from the nearby bar that disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

The staff at the restaurant was courteous,house keeping people were good,bed was fine etc etc

For the first time in my life i was asked to pay entire amount on check in that was disappointing.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in deluxe king room with a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Magnificent location; wonderfully friendly staff🙂

Housekeeping promptly fulfilled my requests, but loud music disturbed my sleep.

Warmth welcome by front office,prompt room service,neat and clean room,nice gym managed by trained professional,beautiful aura spa handled b expert therapiests etc always compel me to stay at the park kolkata.

There was no toilet pipe.

Treatment could have been better. Cant understand "no complimentary Breakfast" & literally had to ask for changing my rate to complimentary. At the end after so much of push We were given , still to one of us & not 2. My secretary does reservations for me all over the world. I am sure she could not have booked a non complimentary breakfast particularly when I was travelling with my spouse. Secondly , when we have booked for 2 dyas., one cannot have 2 rates which is not mentioned in the booking. If such is taken care , it is fantastic experience. The property is very nice and with all that one looks for in home away from home. Perfect except some irritants which could have been avoided. I was there for meeting a Chinese guest who also stays always with THE Park whether Delhi or Calcutta for a customer meet.

Really good Service and Fine Rooms

The Beautiful King Room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were great. The location is ideal, close to major attractions, and the dining options were good as well. Better room accessibility for seniors would be appreciated.

Generally maintained with reasonable cleanliness. Efficient cooling.

Sound polluted inside the room particularly at night when sound of the drum from the disco is extremely disturbing!

Excellent food in the restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities

Drinks in the ground floor bars (Tantra, etc...) are too expensive: Rs. 2000,00 for a Gin Tonic is too much...
